Children's Village Auction

The Annual Village Holiday Luncheon will be held on Thursday November 18, 2010 at the Hayden Lake Country Club.

The Kiwanis Club of Coeur d'Alene is proud to partner with Children's Village in many was, and is happy to sponsor a table again this year at their Holiday Luncheon.

This popular event offers a beautiful setting with renowned food and a Silent Auction to benefit the children’s care. The Holiday Luncheon begins at 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with lunch about noon.

Tickets are $32 each and there is limited seating so call early: 208-667-1189 for Reservations.

Children's Village Benefit Concert

The Mission of The Children’s Village is to care for, advocate and provide a safe, loving, nurturing and healing home for children.  Those children, ages birth to age 18, who have been abused, neglected, homeless, or are in severe family crisis may be served.  On a daily basis, the Village can serve up to 22 residents.  Healing children has been the Village goal since the doors opened in 1990.

 "A Silver Anniversary"

This Friday night (April 10, 2009) will be the annual charity auction and dinner for Children's Village at the Coeur d'Alene Inn on Appleway.

All items up for auction have been donated by area residents and businesses.  All proceeds go to benefit Children’s Village.  Kiwanis Club of Coeur d’Alene sponsors this event every year and we look forward to helping Children's Village in their quest to provide safe housing for children and families in crisis in and around the Coeur d'Alene area.

Club members: if you are planning to attend and have not yet received your ticket, please contact Kathy Bush.  Doors open at 5 PM and the even begins at 6 PM.
