Layne was the beloved son of one of our own club members who lost his battle against cancer at 16 years of age.

This year's Relay for Life will be on June 10th and 11th and will take place at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds (map is below).

Calling all Idaho Potato Lovers!

Every year the Kiwanis Club of Coeur d'Alene is proud to sell the official Idaho® Potato to our neighbors, family and friends.  Popular all the around the world, Idaho® Potatoes are difficult to actually get in the state of Idaho.  But, never fear, the Kiwanis Club of Coeur d'Alene is selling 50 pound boxes again this year for just $25!

Contact a club member or send us an email if you are interested in getting your hands on this local treasure.  You have your choice of a 50 pound box of 80's or 100's.  What does that mean, you ask???  That is the number of potatoes in one box of 50 pounds (80's will be larger than 100's).  Or, CLICK HERE to get the official low-down from the Idaho Potato Commission themself.

Children's Village Auction

The Annual Village Holiday Luncheon will be held on Thursday November 18, 2010 at the Hayden Lake Country Club.

The Kiwanis Club of Coeur d'Alene is proud to partner with Children's Village in many was, and is happy to sponsor a table again this year at their Holiday Luncheon.

This popular event offers a beautiful setting with renowned food and a Silent Auction to benefit the children’s care. The Holiday Luncheon begins at 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with lunch about noon.

Tickets are $32 each and there is limited seating so call early: 208-667-1189 for Reservations.
